why doesnt this place deliver? basically this is a diner with a bar attached
The place is out of the 80′s Miami scence. I became really aggitated when I was finished eating and wanted to leave. I had my jacket on and almost walked out without paying because they wouldn’t give me the dam bill. This happened more than once and to a few other people I know. Good food. Billy has no clue how to treat customers.
Billy’s food is very good. The only gripe I have with them is the unhappy-smile-less staff. Smiles put customers in better moods. The wait for my bill was also unusually long but the food was really great.
