Overrated there’s better pizza 45 minutes away in NYC but it’s not bad alternative to the other horrible pizza in LB.
A local landmark, been going here for nearly 30 years. Stuffed meat pizza is very good and the Sicilian and Neopolitan pizza is reliable Long Island style. Nice interior. Located in a good spot directly across from the LIRR. Can get crowded at lunchtime and dinnertime.
Gino’s Pizza is excellent!! It tastes very New Yorkish because the slices are pretty big so you have to fold them in half when you eat a slice! I’ve also been there lots of times with my family as well. I also tried their stuffed pizzas filled with sausage,pepperoni,ham,cheese, etc. Both of my sisters and I are really crazy about their Italian Ices. We split their Rainbow Flavored Ice on the day we picked up dinner to go while we were visiting our grandmother a few years ago. I just love New York Style Pizza because it really hits the spot!
